to 2.6 million homes and businesses. The company relies heavily on
its Avaya IR applications for the reporting of outages and gas leaks.
With multiple Avaya IRs distributed at two sites, the energy company
was searching for a single product to monitor and manage their voice
platforms and applications, as well as to proactively identify problems
with infrastructure and performance. RSI's AdminCentral allows the
administrators to remotely administer and monitor groups of IRs and
speech applications. Furthermore, AdminCentral allows the system administrators
to dynamically change applications and system configuration, and view
reports tracking IR or application performance. This allows the system
administrators to monitor various objects and configure AdminCentral
on multiple IR systems from a single manager station. OneManage, another
RSI product, allows the energy company to deploy and manage its TAS-based
IVR applications across the multiple production environments. OneManage
also has the capability to do version control and roll back to an
older version if any problem is encountered with the new version.
