The energy company offers energy-related products, services, and solutions to 2.6 million homes and businesses. The company relies heavily on its Avaya IR applications for the reporting of outages and gas leaks. With multiple Avaya IRs distributed at two sites, the energy company was searching for a single product to monitor and manage their voice platforms and applications, as well as to proactively identify problems with infrastructure and performance.
