Telecom service provider in Italy goes live with Avaya Conversant® IVR and Real Soft's OneManage Product

RealSoft Inc. (RSI), a leading provider of Operations, Administration and Management products for IVRs, has been instrumental in assisting a leading fixed line, mobile and data telecommunications service provider in Italy to deploy and manage voice applications from a centralized location to multiple Avaya Conversant® IVR systems.

The telecom service provider provides fixed line, mobile and Internet services to over 30 million subscribers and services these subscribers from Contact Centers spread across Italy. Having deployed Avaya Conversant IVRs in support of these Contact Centers at three different locations, the Contact Center manager was challenged with constantly updating 1,100 channels on the IVRs with a wide variety of ever changing customer promotions and marketing messages.

RSI's OneManage provides the telecom service provider with a single management console that manages the application content for all of the deployed Conversant IVRs. Whenever a new application or a new version of the application is rolled out to the production environment, the Contact Center manager uses OneManage. Its ability to deploy the application to the different sites with a single click of a button while verifying deployment integrity makes OneManage a unique application. Furthermore, the Contact Center manager has the capability to roll back to an older version if any problem is encountered with the new version thereby saving the manager significant time and cost. OneManage ensures consistency across the Conversant IVRs by deploying applications in a controlled manner with full version control as well as having the capability of being used in a totally unattended configuration.
