Aug 27, 2008— Real Soft, Inc. (RSI) an Avaya DevConnect Platinum
Partner and a strategic partner of Avaya Global Connect Limited (AGCL)
successfully completed a 3-day-long iComm'08 from June 11th to the
13th. iComm, an annual customer event of Avaya GlobalConnect, provides
a platform to demonstrate and showcase technology and solutions along
with its partners. The event is held at the state of-the-art AGCL
customer studio in Mumbai. The focus this year was firmly on demonstrating
all the solutions along with clear business benefits attached to each.
In iComm’08, RSI demonstrated its Business
Intelligent products, such as InstaAlert solution for logistics, Retail,
Banking and call centers. Since each session was focused on a specific
industry, RSI had a targeted audience for its offerings and solutions.
As part of the Business and Technology Track at iComm'08,
RSI showcased Order Management for Manufacturing
industry, InstaAlert for Logistics, and Voice
Resume for IT/IT Enabled Services (ITeS). The solutions showcased
for call centers were InstaAlert for NICE Monitoring
and CM Monitoring, Auto Attendant for Enterprises
and Password Reset (Part of eSupport) for large organizations.
